The exceptional architecture and interior make this property second to none. The rooms are immense with just the right balance of period and modern. The kitchen-diner is an incredible space; we had 11 around the table for Christmas dinner! There's two beautiful, modern bathrooms on the first and second floors plus two additional loos on the ground and mid-first so ample facilities for larger groups. The log-burner in the lounge was a new addition since our last stay and it's amazingly efficient at keeping the enormous room warm and cosy. We'll be back next year for certain.
