Conveniently situated for the fishing competition we attended.

Safe classic car parking with great ease. Beds were very comfortable. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely area to walk around the park before settling down for the night. But OH WOW! The dinner was delicious - chef was very accommodating for my diet.

Everything was speedy and convenient

I arrived at 6 ish and the reception at night shift staff was amazing, they was sooo friendly and respectful. The hotle was clean and nice. And thank you miss trincy (if I spelling your name right) you was a perfect customer service, hope to see you again 🙏😊

Close to NAEC Easy to get to and park Good room with everything I needed. Comfy bed Friendly staff

Lovely little roadside services hotel. It's right beside the services, so you have plenty of food options.

Really lovely suite, allowed for adults not to have to go to bed at the same time as the children. Small fridge in the room allowed for picnic buying for the next day. Really friendly staff and awesome food available both at breakfast and evening meal. Per

Very reasonable and nice hotel and breakfast was very good. did not eat in the restaurant so cannot say re food but it looked good

We loved the the home away from home apartment style rooms . As travellers from NZ we loved the washing machine ! The rooms exceeded our expectations, we were so comfortable for the night , able to re pack our bags , plenty of room , the car was very safe in the off street car park near our room . We enjoyed breakfast the next day . Loved the fresh fruit salad . Fabulous helpful , kind , lovely staff .

Mark & Jessie are warm hosts & made our stay very comfortable. They were accommodating to all our requests & will surely stay again when next in Warwick/ Leamington Spa. Will recommend them for anyone who needs to stay in this city.

Great host, which was very much supportive. Beautiful house, nicely decorated. Located near to city centre and to the castle.Pet friendly.Parking in front of house (2 hours a day for free).

The property was in a great location. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming. There were stocked refreshments on arrival, easy to follow instructions for extra bedding and towels and easy check in. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the shower had great pressure and the dining room was very accommodating. The games room was an added bonus.

Great house very convenient. Had a lovely stay.

It was really clean perfect location the host couldn’t do enough. Couldn’t fault any thing. Great stay.

The location was perfect for us, with a short walk to Warwick Castle and the centre of Warwick.

The owner was away but left in the capable hands of his friend from London. We had a great night just chatting and sharing wine and it really enhanced the experience. Would absolutely go again!
