The property was in a great location. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming. There were stocked refreshments on arrival, easy to follow instructions for extra bedding and towels and easy check in. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the shower had great pressure and the dining room was very accommodating. The games room was an added bonus.

Great location. The property was comfortable, with everything provided that you could possibly need. A fully equpped kitchen, linen, towels, plus some great extras such as coffee, tea, fresh milk, cereal and even a bottle of red and white wine! Hayley was great to liaise with regarding the key safe code and our late time of arrival, nothing was a problem, thank you. Keith and his family were very welcoming, especially Rufus! The use of their garden was a big plus, as was parking on their drive. There are local shops 5 minutes walk away, Warwick centre is about a 20 minute walk through wonderful parks, the canal runs close by with a great canalside pub/restaurant. We will return!
