Such a special, lovingly-tended place. I loved staying here and felt so comfortable and welcome. The apartment has everything I needed, space, quiet, beautiful mountain views, comfort and the owners are two most wonderful sisters who can’t do enough to make your stay in the island a stellar experience.

Penelope & Pavlos were superb hosts. Rooms were clean and beautifully fitted out. Amazing views over the town and a 2 minute drive down to the port. Nice having a pool too. On site parking right there. Highly recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay for Our Group of 5 Villa Theodora was the perfect base for our group trip to Ithaca. The villa is beautifully designed, clean, and surrounded by stunning sea views and olive trees. We had plenty of space across three comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor areas where we spent most evenings. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach and the charming village of Kioni. Best of all, the communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Lovely accommodation with excellent facilities. The place was new and clean and conveniently located just a short walk from cafes and shops. The maon town was also close by as were some beautiful beaches. Maria was a fantastic host who was extremely responsive and accommodating.

I loved the character of the house - it's an old but renovated house. All the furniture was refurbished keeping its old charm and not adding any kitschy elements (something you see very often in Greece). The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic. We drank our coffee there every morning. The village has its own charm, we liked the location.

Amazing place! The view over the little bay is incredible and the house had all facilities needed. Also the house is near a beautiful and quiet beach and is from walking distance to a little town with tavernas and stores. The host was very sweet, attentive and easy to contact. Would recommend!
