Self-Catering Accommodations in Kiónion

Such a special, lovingly-tended place. I loved staying here and felt so comfortable and welcome. The apartment has everything I needed, space, quiet, beautiful mountain views, comfort and the owners are two most wonderful sisters who can’t do enough to make your stay in the island a stellar experience.

One of the best locations in Kioni, run and maintained by a lovely couple who will assist you with anything you might want to see or do. Very clean room and bathroom, a great view from our balcony and you get great company from the cats that live there.

Penelope & Pavlos were superb hosts. Rooms were clean and beautifully fitted out. Amazing views over the town and a 2 minute drive down to the port. Nice having a pool too. On site parking right there. Highly recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay for Our Group of 5 Villa Theodora was the perfect base for our group trip to Ithaca. The villa is beautifully designed, clean, and surrounded by stunning sea views and olive trees. We had plenty of space across three comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor areas where we spent most evenings. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach and the charming village of Kioni. Best of all, the communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Everything! We never stay anywhere else. Our lovely host, Diamondo, is so gentle and attentive. The rooms are delightful and the views are breathtaking - probably the best view that the Ionian islands have to offer! The plentiful food basket is a 10/10 bonus!

מקום במרחק של 10 דקות נסיעה מהעיר המרכזית, יש מסעדות באיזור, החדרים מרווחים, מקלחת ושירותים לכל חדר. בריכה, מרחבים גדולים, נוף יפה.

Set at the entrance to Kioni village with magnificent views and full of charm it’s a great place to stay in Ithaca.

Location was close to the city centre but on a quiet street. Air conditioning in every room.

The top thing about it was Mary, the host, she was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. I would not stay anywhere else if i come back to Kefalonia.

Panos was the perfect host and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a good location across the road from a lovely cafe and a 10 minute walk into the town centre. Panos provided a safe parking space across the road and a boat hire facility is nearby. We loved Ithaca and would highly recommend this Ioli apartment.

Amazing view, very friendly staff, everything was clean and had access to daily things we'd need (glasses, silverware, etc). 5 minute walk to the port where all the restaurants are. We had an amazing stay! Thank you!

The room was very very very clean!! The location is perfect.
