The hospitality was outstanding, just like the food made with fresh, local ingredients. The quietness and the views were almost otherworldly and at night, so many stars were visible in the sky. The pool was nice and well-cleaned. In summer, it's a little colder than down in the valleys which is a welcome change. Be sure to bring a cardigan, sweater or light jacket with you even in summer as the wind can be strong and at night, it can get cold.

The place itself is brand new, designed with great taste and with all modern comforts you can think of, it's really not that common in Crete to find such a new and modern place for that price.
