Lovely staff lovely place. Great location very close to beach great friendly bistro. Very convenient.

Everything! The friendly staff, the room was outstanding & the king bed was so comfortable. Loved breakfast! The sparkling pool and the view 😳 omg!!! It was beyond! Also loved on-site washing facilities that were very cheap. We had a junior suite that slept 4 adults very comfortably.

Everything, location is great, near Chania but a little calmer. Hotel beach is great for days when you want to relax. Breakfast is great and the view is amazing. Rooms are tidy and clean, everything was perfect!

Our stay was incredible. The kids loved having the pool and space to spread out. The place was clean and comfortable and the views were gorgeous. Dimitris is the caretaker and is the best, he helped us figure out things to do when it was super hot, and he went above and beyond. We wish we had stayed longer and definitely will return.

Location was close enough to old town and beaches (by car) but had the benefit of being amongst the locals and only a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants in Crete. The property itself was clean, spacious and practical with beautiful views. The hosts Maria and George were welcoming, helpful and provided great knowledge of Crete along with suggestions for an authentic trip. Would highly recommend this property.

The breezes blowing through every day the location above two valleys full of olive groves with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Awsome.

Well-equipped apartment, lovely pool and amazing hosts. The apartment had a small iron, hair dryer, everything you get in a hotel room, but with the extra benefit of a kitchen with all you need to eat or snack at the apartment. The location was amazing, a lot of restaurants around and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts are extremely, extremely nice and we had a series of good chats on what to do around the island and even some history.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Access provided by key in lockbox. Private parking a bonus.

Best place to stay in Stalos. It has everything you need. Close to the beach with a sea view, 2 terraces where you can enjoy your breakfast. It's a 7 minutes walk to the beach, it has enough space outside where you can park your car. Everything was perfect

The apartment that we stayed in had 1 bedroom and 1 living room/kitchinette, 1 bathroom, perfect in size, the air condition can be set independently in both rooms. It had 1 balcony with beautiful seeside view and 1 terrace. It was cleand daily. You step outside and there is a beautiful sandy beach wich stretches very far. The entry in the watter is not abrupt. The sunbeds were included and you can choose either to sit on grass in a nice garden or go down in the sandy area. Those 2 big trees provide enough shade all day long. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, we arrived a bit sooner than expected and were given the apartment so we could rest. We are looking forward to visit kristall suites again.

Perfect romantic getaway. Cozy rooms, beautiful views, and a very calm atmosphere. We felt truly spoiled.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this gem of a hotel. Tucked above the busier part of the town, we enjoyed the gorgeous gardens and magnificent views over the sea and valley. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast options were creative and delicious and the table service exceptional. But the best part of this hotel was the wonderful staff and family. Warm, genuine Cretan hospitality. We live in Crete, but love finding wonderful places like this for little getaways. I highly recommend.
