Everything, location is great, near Chania but a little calmer. Hotel beach is great for days when you want to relax. Breakfast is great and the view is amazing. Rooms are tidy and clean, everything was perfect!

The rooms are spacious, well proofed for temperature and sound, and there are plenty of parkings available on site. Access to nearby restaurants and beaches is very easy. Access to natural wonders in the north is just an hour driving. The spa staff are professional, and it is worth a try.

Clean, big rooms with sea view and a nice vibe for youngsters.

Our stay was incredible. The kids loved having the pool and space to spread out. The place was clean and comfortable and the views were gorgeous. Dimitris is the caretaker and is the best, he helped us figure out things to do when it was super hot, and he went above and beyond. We wish we had stayed longer and definitely will return.

Location, friendly wonderful staff

The breezes blowing through every day the location above two valleys full of olive groves with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Awsome.

Well-equipped apartment, lovely pool and amazing hosts. The apartment had a small iron, hair dryer, everything you get in a hotel room, but with the extra benefit of a kitchen with all you need to eat or snack at the apartment. The location was amazing, a lot of restaurants around and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts are extremely, extremely nice and we had a series of good chats on what to do around the island and even some history.

Very comfortable apartment, and installations in general. AC available in the living room and room. 2 balcony’s, one with look to the pool.

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Beds were comfortable, home was spotless and well organized with all the proper amenities. When not at sea / beach, the pool was also very clean, warm and pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was amazing one of the best apt we had just fantastic

The apartment that we stayed in had 1 bedroom and 1 living room/kitchinette, 1 bathroom, perfect in size, the air condition can be set independently in both rooms. It had 1 balcony with beautiful seeside view and 1 terrace. It was cleand daily. You step outside and there is a beautiful sandy beach wich stretches very far. The entry in the watter is not abrupt. The sunbeds were included and you can choose either to sit on grass in a nice garden or go down in the sandy area. Those 2 big trees provide enough shade all day long. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, we arrived a bit sooner than expected and were given the apartment so we could rest. We are looking forward to visit kristall suites again.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this gem of a hotel. Tucked above the busier part of the town, we enjoyed the gorgeous gardens and magnificent views over the sea and valley. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast options were creative and delicious and the table service exceptional. But the best part of this hotel was the wonderful staff and family. Warm, genuine Cretan hospitality. We live in Crete, but love finding wonderful places like this for little getaways. I highly recommend.
