Everything was perfect! Very good location, close to everything and the beach. Clean and tidy room. With a great pool. Friendly staff, especially Klairi. She was available at all times. We enjoyed our vacation.

Everything was amazing. The house has a yard full of trees, flowers, and very peaceful. The room was very clean and with all the facilities. The room was cleaned everyday. Mrs. Stela was a great host, she was always there for everything that you may need. Near the house is one of the best beaches in Syvota, Megali Ammos beach, with clear blue waters. To go to the center of Sivota you have to drive only 5 minutes from te house. I strongly recommend this property if you want to enjoy calm days near the beach.

Everything was perfect especially Irini assisted us with all issues. She was like our tour operator. She recommended we go to the best locations.(beaches, restaurants etc.) If guests listen to Irinis suggestions, I believe that they can leave so satisfied. Thank you for their kind hospitality. Hope we can come with our close friends in the future again. Syvota has a few perfect beaches. Additionally there was a gorgeous bakery in Syvota named Tsoumanis.

The location was up the hill with a very nice view. Everything we needed was at driving distance of 3-8minutes, although there is an option of stairs for those who want it. The owners/staff were very helpful and polite both at the location and through the booking platform. Mrs Polyxeni is a very sweet person and bakes tasty treats as an extra for the breakfast, such as her zucchini pie. We felt very much at home. Extra plus: extra measures were taken to make us feel safe with regards to covid19.

The house is located on top of the hill, not difficult to find, in a very calm area, great to have a parking lot in front of the house. The host are kind. Walking distance to city center and beaches. Spacious apartment on the ground floor with big garden, AC, bright, with large balconies.

    The apartment was very nice, quiet, and spotless. we really loved the terrace adorned with plants and equipped with a table and chairs. The location was perfect at walking distance from the centre and the beach. The free parking was really appreciated. Last but not least, the owner was very kind and she let us stay in the room till 5 pm on the leaving day.

    Great Yard, comfirtable beds, very responsive and kind host. We we more than satisfied. The best beach in Sivota (Zavia beach) is only 5 min walk from apartment. There are olive trees and free parking.

    Everything! The apartment feels brand new, everything was provided from kitchenware to good quality linens and towels. The views are spectacular across the harbour with a lovely covered terrace to sit on. The windows include fitted mosquito screens and shutters. A top of the range washing machine and netflix plus off street parking on a flat area for our motorcycles...it was all perfect!
