staff was very attentive the original room I was in had an issue with the shower and they moved me to another room immediately. breakfast was delicious every morning and they refilled your water quickly upon request. the rooms were very clean with AC and WiFi and the bathrooms are beautiful. pool is also very clean and beautiful. I loved it so much I extended my stay 2 extra days. its walking distance to a lot of local warungs and even laundry.

Small but super cozy and very well-furnished rooms. Open bathroom with bath, salt, and candles add a lot to the atmosphere. Hotel is beautiful and very private, design is very modern.

Very comfortable bed, good aircon, and a 5-star bathroom the like I haven't seen in any homestay anywhere else in Indonesia. Mostly very quiet, while in a great location with everything you need nearby. Kind host who let me use her kitchen and provided water gallons and was always ready to help and answer any questions.

I stayed one night at Anggrek Putih Eco Resort and also joined the cooking class – and honestly, both were the highlight of my trip to Lombok. The guest house is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by a beautiful garden. You really feel close to nature but still very comfortable. It’s not just a place to sleep, it’s an experience. The cooking class was amazing. We picked fresh ingredients from the garden and learned how to cook authentic Lombok dishes step by step. Everything was well explained, fun, and very hands-on. The food we made was absolutely delicious! What makes Anggrek Putih special is the atmosphere – it feels personal, warm, and genuine. You can see the passion behind everything they do. The owner is very friendly! The room has everything you need. I enjoyed having a kettle and a fridge. The bed was neatly decorated with frangipanies. There were tea and coffee sachets. The owner kindly let me check in early. It's very convenient that the Kost has a store attached, to buy water etc. There is a quick laundry service just down the road. Alfamart/ Infomaret within walking distance.

The pool was nice and clean the area surrounding. It was done really nice. As well as our room is very clean. The staff was was really helpful for myself and my husband. as we arrived late, can’t really tell you about the surrounding area. we did go for a walk in the evening and all the surrounding locals, people were exceptionally nice to us.
