Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is at the end of the road, with a lot of great Warungs to try local Balinese food! It's about 1km to the start of the "Munduk Waterfall" hike covering 4 waterfalls so you don't need transport to get there! The rooms itself were spacious, comfortable, have a balcony with a nice view and lots of natural light — had some great sleeps after fun-filled activity days around Munduk. The breakfast included was amazing too - the laklak was delightful! They can also help with all logistics related to transport, motorbike rental, laundry, etc. Lastly and most importantly, I can't express enough the hospitality and kindness by Made and the team (including at Warung Heaven) — so friendly and polite and made me feel so welcome! I will be back when I'm here next time :)

What a place. ❤️ Peaceful, with no tourist crowds, surrounded by pristine nature, just a short drive away from several waterfalls. Coupled with fresh mountain air and fields of juicy strawberries - my idea of paradise. So much so, I ended up staying two whole weeks!! The property is new. So everything is in perfect order and super comfortable. With floor-to-ceiling windows, you have treetop views right from your bed, and when you relax on the balcony, you are looking at a beautifully manicured garden. There is also a great rooftop terrace, a shared kitchen at your disposal, and a fire pit for cozy evenings in the company of other travelers and the lovely hosts. But what I loved the most was the heartfelt atmosphere. Kadek and his cousin Ketut go above and beyond. And when I say that, I really mean it!! To save me the headache of looking for transportation late at night, Kadek picked me up at the airport, with a fare much lower than the official rates. Mentioning upon booking how long it had been since I had strawberries, a large platter was awaiting me upon check-in. As a creative, I planned to spend some time editing my film while there. I have some issues with my back, so posture matters. Barely mentioned, Kadek set up a super comfy 'creative office' on my porch. And since I didn't dare to go on a motorbike, he personally drove me wherever I needed by car. When the food delivery service I kept ordering from unexpectedly closed early one day, Ketut returned from home to cook for me a dinner. And when noticing that I set up a little 'altar' with candles for those dreamy evenings; she spontaneously added incense and frangipani flowers, bringing fresh ones every single day. Impossible not to fall in love with this wonderful place. Sure to come back. Many times❤️!!!

We had a great time! The staff were extremely nice and helped us to organize our stay and recommended different routes etc. The room was very clean and the semi outdoor bathroom also was really nice and clean. The views from the pool and the balcony were amazing! Really a great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious and had what seemed to be the standard options here on Bali. During the night, there may be some “nature noise”, which did not bother us at all. But if you are a light sleeper, pack your ear plugs (they also provided some). We would definitely come back here!
