Very friendly hosts. They reached out to us before our travel dates and enquired whether we needed additional help. Our query were all answered and they ensured that the keys were handed over when we arrived and duly collected while leaving. We are really happy with the the warmth and personal touch. A great place when staying with family of 4/5 people. Food delivery services were prompt and they had no difficulty in locating the Apartment.

Property looks like an old kerala house but bedroom and bathroom was all done up modern. All staff were excellent, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. especially Martin. owner was there once or twice a day to check on us.

Very clean , wet and dry area in the bathroom, friendly staff! We felt safe Breakfast could be better but glad they provided it. Would definitely recommend Castle Brook without hesitation.

While searching in Google for a good homestay near Kozhencherry to attend a marriage function, I stumbled on this property, Swasthigriha Homestay which is just 3 Kms from Kozhencherry, in Aranmula. My selection didn't disappoint us since I was travelling all the way from the US with my wife and 2 children. The warm welcome from the host,Mr. Varma and his caretaker Mr. Rajendran chettan,from the beginning, made us feel very welcome and as if we are are visiting our own relatives. They truly follow the golden mantra in the hospitality industry "athithi devo bhava" The property is well maintained, and the inside ambiance is not just good, but luxurious. We booked the suite room, which has a big master bedroom with attached bathroom, living, dining, and a full kitchen with gas and stove top, which made us feel like our own home. The complimentary breakfast which we selected from the breakfast menu (puttu and kadala curry) was delicious. Overall a memorable stay experience. Thank you Mr. Varma and Rajendran chettan for your wonderful hospitality.
