The property was beautiful (farm-chic?) and just ten minutes from Otranto. What we loved: (1) The ANIMALS! I was in my happy place because of the chance to visit with cats, dogs, donkeys, goats, horses, and more. (2) The staff were very kind and welcoming, offering suggestions about what to do with our time in the area. Mercedes, one of the owners, popped in a few times to check-in, but otherwise left us to enjoy the property undisturbed. (3) The meals, which we opted to purchase, were made from farm and/or local produce and of high quality. The dinners were "comprehensive" and the breakfast was a "spread" to say the least. The chance for an aperitivo by the fireplace was also a nice touch. While some have reviewed the meal prices as a bit high, you definitely get what you pay for. (4) The room was large, clean, and bed very comfortable. (5) The heated indoor pool and sauna, which was especially relaxing after a day of touring. This is a place you come to treat yourself.

Everything! We had a wonderful stay at this charming and very well-maintained B&B in Otranto. The location is perfect — close to the beaches, grocery stores, and the city centre, making everything easily accessible. The facilities are in good condition and the room is well-equipped. Matteo was very attentive and wanted to make sure that our family had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.Even though the breakfast included only packed foods (I understood that this is required by law for this kind of accommodation), it offered a great variety, including yogurt, butter, jam, croissants, toast, etc. The kids especially enjoyed it :) The coffee machine is also very decent.

The room was very clean, and everything was new. The host was very attentive to all details and really helped us feel like home. The helped with a very affordable parking nearby and one day when it was raining they came with me in a different car to the car park and gave me a lift back, so i wouldn't get wet. That was VIP service. It is an absolute gem and i recommend this place wholeheartedly.
