Very cozy place up in the mountains, right next to the national park. The food we had there was absolutely amazing, almost everything produced on side. Anna met us, helped us to check in, served us delicious dinner and gave us the best recommendations on wine. She was so hospitable and made us feel like home. Anna was the soul of the place ❤️

Gorgeous location at 1400 m of altitude in the middle of a beautiful forest, with plenty of possibilities to choose a different mountain scenario everyday; the simple typical structure is very well kept, with professional and friendly staff, outstanding mountain dishes for lunch and dinner, a delicious breakfast with fresh homemade bread and cakes and also homemade jams, and the most perfumed honey, and yogurt, all from local sources. Plus, this is the perfect place to breathe fresh clean air (23 °C at noon, while the valley towns - Ala, Rovereto - were at 35 °C) and to enjoy the silence. I don't mean to use the 'don't like' section because I loved every moment spent there, but there's a few things that travellers need to keep in mind: this is a mountain stay, which means accepting simple rules, sharing spaces and places with respect (sometimes with patience), using water wisely, especially hot water, which is heated by a solar system. I'm 46 yo, I've shared the dorm with a group of 5 young friends travelling together, and we never bothered each other, not a single time in three days, even with a party going on outside on Saturday afternoon, and this because the place is so comfortable and well organized, the staff meets everyone's desires, and everybody showed respect. The true mountain spirit lives in this magical place, where I felt at home.

The owner (Vetorio) was very friendly, and the waiter Hakima was very kind and respectful. There is a restaurant and a coffee in the same place, and food is good with affordable prices. Furthermore, the is a free parking 🅿️.

We loved the location! We loved the food! We enjoyed the staff who all made us very welcome in this off the track place. The owner directed us to a walking path behind the hotel which completely took our breath away. One in a million stop

It’s a beautiful hotel, in a stunningly gorgeous area. The breakfast selections were varied and we did not start our day hungry. Visiting Avio was the best part of our 2-week vacation to Italy and if we go back to Italy, we will stay in Avio at Piccolo Fiore again.

The hosts are lovely and gracious and were welcoming and made my family feel comfortable. The apartment is a beautiful and spacious space. Nestled amongst vineyards and surrounded by glorious views and mountains, this is an experience in and of itself. We could not have imagined there being a better place to visit this area with the accommodations here.

Apartment is new, clean and located in a nice small village close to Garda. Easy access to the motorway.

No air conditioning. Despite air conditioning being noted no less than three times on the listing, there is certainly no air conditioning at this hotel. This was particularly appalling since I doubted air conditioning was available so called the property to confirm, was absolutely assured there was air conditioning, and that was the only reason I booked.
