I loved the warm hospitality from Evelyn and her family, the spotlessly clean and well-equipped apartment, and the thoughtful touches like fresh bread every morning and daily fruits. The breathtaking view from the balcony was a highlight, creating the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The overall experience was amazing, and we felt right at home.

This accommodation was beyond our highest expectations and wildest dreams! Every exchange with the property owners was warm and friendly. We felt like family. The location served us well as a base for exploring the area. Impressed that roads were immediately plowed to clear new snow. Restaurant was fantastic and served authentic south Tyrollean food. Absolutely no issues or complaints.

Astonishing view, super clean room, friendly hosts and perfect meals

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and could not have asked for a better vacation experience. The location is simply breathtaking, perched on the mountainside with spectacular views that made every moment special. Waking up each morning surrounded by such beautiful scenery was unforgettable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality options. It was the perfect way to start each day. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hotel owners. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always happy to help with any request and going above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection. Everything we needed for a perfect holiday was available, and the high standards could be seen in every aspect of the hotel. From the spotless facilities to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations.

I cannot say enough good things about this magic oasis! The staff, kindness and most accommodating. The facilities, WOW loved our room, loved the dining room with our own table and delicious meals every single day. And the Sauna- WOW. The spa, pools all of it - beyond incredible. ANd the location - the views were just incredible!

Everything. From the time we arrived being greeted by the lovely staff, then the ease of unloading and parking the car. We were given a fabulous welcome drink before being shown to our room and having everything explained to us. We purchased a half board package and it did not disappoint, the evening meals were of a very high standard and beautifully presented. The staff were professional, friendly and trained to a high standard. Most could speak several languages well. The spa facilities were luxurious and the gym was impressive for a boutique hotel. Then there are the outstanding views of the Dolomites from nearly every room of the hotel.

Beautiful location, and even more beautiful apartment, everything was very nice and clean, and a stunning view! Absolutely no complaints from the apartment. The location is also really nice, it's in a little village/town on the side of the mountain which had kind of a steep road, but i didn't mind it at all, but beware for those who aren't comfortable in roads like that

Very well equipped apartment, spacious. Stunning mountain view. Martin, the property owner, was extremely instrumental in providing Südtirol pass enabling to travel free of charge in public transportation. When getting to the apartment, go through Barbiano, navigation might route you through a quite steep and narrow road.

Great place, great conditions, very clean. A small village, named Barbiano, on the other side of the mountains. But with a nice view & great locals.

We had such a great time at the hotel. The owners really care for the place and it shows. Everything was just great. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were tasty, the Staff was kind and helpful. We stayed there for two nights, and wished we could have stayed more. When we come back again to this area - we will certainly book there again.

The house was incredible, amazing design and very cozy

The place is absolutely beautiful! And the view is stunning, we couldn’t stop looking out the window. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, and super clean. The hosts was super nice and friendly. We highly recommend staying here!
