Everything about the property was incredible! So clean and smells fresh and the bed and pillow was so comfortable. The bathroom is exquisite and so much room to shower and hold your toiletries. The host was super sweet and made me cappuccino and croissant every morning. She also made your bed and cleaned after you leave for the day.

    Very nice and clean room, in a villa, safe and quiet area, free parking space. Very nice host, excellent communication, easy check-in and check-out. Excellent breakfast with home-made and local products.

    The place is very quiet and peaceful, a 20-minute drive from the centre of Bologna, great for those who rent a car and want something more comfortable and quiet to relax in. Everything was very clean and the host was very attentive and gave great tips. Parking included and a good breakfast

    This is a typical business hotel with a big congress center. It's close to the airport and there are plenty of parking places (very important if you are on a business trip and travelling by car). There's also a nice outdoors swimming pool (unfortunately I was not able to try it). The breakfast is very good and the coffee is exceptional!

    We are happy to be the first guests of Simon. He is a very accommodating host who is passionate about Serendipity and as a guest, you can feel that. The house is modern and clean, the beds are comfortable and it has everything you need for a vacation. The garden is lovely and relaxing. It is like in the pictures. You can reach Bologna by car in about 20 parking was not a problem. We would happily stay here again.
