The house is nice, spacious and quiet. Very nostalgic, old and was clean. The cats there are very funny and cute. Beautiful, charming and a comfortable place. You are surrounded by mountains, trees and nature. I was able to work and rest well. The hosts are very friendly and open hearted people. Very sweet and helpful. They even sent over a friend to help us with the laundry. He was very friendly as well. Big thanks to the Hosts and their friend! It is a small beautiful village where everyone knows everyone and everybody helps each other. Nice little community. I go often to Cabella and staying here was great as it is close. It is indeed La Vera Pace (peaceful place). I had no disturbances here really nothing. Very peaceful and for me just the right thing. It was a very enjoyable 2 weeks. You can hear the silence. Perfect for me. Fireplace in the Kitchen is quite nice and we had to use it once as it was very chilly in the night. TV in the kitchen is nice and big!

Location was perfect, we have family in the area. Nearby Cantalupo (easy walk) has grocery store, bakery, meat market, and cafe/gelateria. Location has hiking trail leading into the Piedmont system of hiking trails. Hosts are simpatico. This is a working farm. You can watch the sheep come into the barn every morning. The hosts sell eggs, yogurt, and other items from the farm.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The owner of the Hotel is friendly, caring and happy to help! The hotel is clean inside including the room we stayed. Everything one needed for a stay was provided by the owner, including breakfast. We were touched by kindness of the Owner of the Hotel. Nicoletta served delicious and healthy breakfast and made coffee and tea for us! The nature around the hotel is breathtaking. The town is really small but people are kind and caring! We shall be definitely back soon!

Great experience! Excellent service, amazing food, the best location nearby Serravalle Outlet and lovely atmosphere. Even if this hotel would cost 2-3 times more it would be great value but with this price it’s a gift. My favourite stop for now on my way of 3000 km :)

The hosts are super sweet and friendly, the location is nice. The breakfast was superb! It was homemade and from local products - we totally loved it!

The property is in amazing condition. Here you can dive into the rich history of the Italian culture. The nature outside and the view from the villa is breathtaking. The hosts are kind and amazing people. Definitely will come back.
