Location, modern facilities, independent fans in the rooms for warm or cold. Elisa was expedient to find out why our TV was not working. One day she came personally to see what happened. That next morning the technician was there to insure the system worked. Elisa is welcoming and accommodating. I would return without hesitation. The location was in easy distance for both Asti and Alba.

Amazing location, breathtaking views, the host is super friendly and helped me setup last minute local wine tasting and dinner reservation. The unit is great with nice linens, comfy beds, and very clean. 10/10 highly recommend.

The experience was exceptional, the hosts were very friendly, and we felt very much at home. The breakfast was excellent dietary restrictions were not only covered but overshot (in a positive way).

The host was very flexible and adorable ! The apartment was super clean, and looked much better in reality than in pictures. Full equipment of whatever is needed. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Incredible place where every nook elicits relaxation. We were astounded by the beautiful fields, silky smooth pool water (note: it's from the salt they use in the pool) with an amazing view, and the lovely family who runs the place. You can't beat breakfast in which several kinds of jams, cakes, blended fruit yogurts and freshly picked fruits are served alongside farm cheeses and other delicacies. My daughter and I had one of the best experiences of our trip together here - the cooking class with Claudia in which our products were served as meals during dinner at the restaurants. The kindness of Maria Teresa made it clear that this is much more than an agrihotel for her but a way to share her love of nature, food and her home. Can't recommend more. Best value for money one could wish for.

We absolutely loved the entire decor and setup of this ancient property. This sanctuary is perfect for anyone wanting to take a real break and restore its energy.
