Incredible hotel and restaurant. Family owned and run, with all staff extremely helpful. Restaurant had the best vegan food we ate in all of northeast Italy (including Venice). We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

This hotel is amazing! Truly awesome! We went for a ski vacation. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, comfortable beds. You get bath robes and slippers. The hotel has: - Free parking - Free shuttle service to and from gondola, which is really great - A very spacious ski room - Awesome free spa. The spa is really beyond imagination- 3 saunas, small hot pool (like a hot tube without bubbles), rest areas, tea, etc. - Free gym (also amazing) - Other things, like bawling, that we did not have time to explore :) - Great breakfast - Very nice dinner (extra payment if you didn’t book half-board, but really cheap. Definitely very good deal for this price) A short walk from the hotel and you are in the village, where you have restaurants and shops. There is a nearby Spar supermarket, about 5 min walk. The staff is so nice and helpful - thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

Very friendly and nice stuff, comfortable and cozy rooms with balcony and beautiful mountains views. Excellent room equipment, you have everything you need and even more:). The hotel is really pet friendly, our dog received tow bowls and very comfortable pet bed. Very good location.

Amazing hotel! Should definitely be 4 starts, not 3! I was very happy I booked it, we had a wonderful time! - Rooms are modern, especially by the alps standards. Not very big but more than enough for a comfortable stay - Huge balcony with a breathtaking view - Great SPA - it’s a separate building (like 15 meters from the hotel) with a big outside pool & separate jacuzzi, 4 saunas and a very nice relax area inside. It’s very beautiful, the saunas have huge windows facing the nature, the lounge has soft loungers, and you can also have some tea and apples there. Honestly, the SPA alone is worth booking this hotel. - Individual ski lockers - Very tasty 6 (!) course dinner! It’s an unusual concept cause you don’t choose your meals: there is a buffet with some starters and then they serve you 5 dishes (different every day). You can skip some of them, or you can ask for an alternative if you don’t eat something (I saw them serving vegetarian options for some guests). Everything was delicious! - Very nice and friendly staff - 3 minutes from the Ski lift and 1 minute from the bus stop if you need to go to another Canazei lift! Perfect location - they also serve some free snacks (pastry’s) and tea / hot chocolate at 4:30pm, which is a nice bonus

The family room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. This is a family-owned business and the hosts are super nice and go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. We were able to park our car there for free for 3 more days as we went on our hut-to-hut hike. They also gave us free bus transportation that covered the entire time, which proved to be very useful as we went on different hikes. The breakfast had a huge variety of delicious foods and drinks. The family was very welcoming and we loved our experience.
