The couple running the hotel were amazing. We arrived late and they made sure we were able to get in. We also went to breakfast one hour past breakfast time and they kept the extensive breakfast food options set up for us even though we were past the time for breakfast. Wonderful people. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel even had an elevator to make getting to our second floor easy. Location from the highway was easy

DO NOT STAY HERE. The property owner confirmed in writing that our room would have washer and dryer in it, then it did not. When we tried to contact them about it, they never responded. The room also had broken/non-functioning air conditioning, and the WiFi network was not available. We tried to contact the property owner about those things and also got NO RESPONSE. - Even getting the actual address of where the property was located was very difficult. We messaged the property owner multiple times over a whole WEEK and never got any response. The day of check in we tried phoning them, messaging them, texting them. whatsApp messaging... they never responded to anything. We sat around all day wondering what to do, then called Booking.com for help and FINALLY the property owner responded and gave us the address and check in instructions. We went inside the room and found it looked NOTHING like the online photos, had no washer/dryer, no functioning air conditioning, and no functioning WiFi. The "Kitchen" was just a cabinet in a hall with a table top cooking plate on it and a small refrigerator - not really a "kitchen" at all. The "breakfast" is a coupon for a croissant and coffee that you go get at a nearby cafe yourself - hardly a bed and breakfast.... more like a poor excuse for a B&B. DO NOT STAY HERE. The property owners offer something nice online, then they give you something completely different. Once they charge your credit card, they stop responding to any correspondence at all. We actually checked out early after just 1 night based on the advice of a Booking.com agent..... Again - DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced, and this "B&B" is not what they show you online.

We just stayed one night, but the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff extremely friendly. Safe parking is a plus!

The hotel provide what i did expected. He is not expensive and the owner is super nice.

Excellent location and facilities. Air a conditioner in every room. Two full bathrooms. Good kitchen. Washing machine. Sonia was very attentive.

The location of this excellent hotel could not have been better - right in the historic pedestrian zone of Chivasso, steps from everything. The room is located above a bank; one enters with a key. My room could not have been more perfect: Everything I needed was present, from pods of coffee and cookies in the kitchen to towels, toiletries, etc. The room is brand-new, with all aspects as clean as could be. I felt secure and comfortable staying there and looked forward to retreating there after a busy day.

Located close to everything: grocery store less than 3 mins away. Bars, gelateria, restaurants. Train station about a 10 mins walk. Chivasso is a nice, quiet, pretty town and people are very nice there. They also have a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Apartment has a washer, stove, fridge. The shower works very well. Balcony has such a pretty view. Bed was comfortable. You have your own private entrance. It was clean.

Accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful. I will definitely return.
