The shower didn't give hot water. They resolved it instantly and brought us prosecco. The pool is very nice and clean. The hotel is clean and calm. The pasta and mozzarella in the restaurant is good, the rest on the menu not so happy with. Right behind the etna so good for trips to etna and taormina. Beautiful view if you walk into the parking lot. Breakfast buffet is simple but ok if you would stay for a day or two except for the eggs and dried out cucumber.
