Fantastic staff, Very helpfull and the location is great. Nice rooms with terrace.

Excellent facilities, very relaxing after my flight from Barcelona.

This is simply a really great choice, if not staying in this house, I really don't know how to solve the problem of travel and food, I am really glad to choose this place, I will choose here in the future to Italy, great owner family are very friendly, thank you very much!

Very nice rooms design, very friendly staff.

I really appreciated the customer service and the shuttle service o Fiumicino airport

The room was nice, spacious and cosy. It had a charming balcony with a coffee table and two chairs. We had our breakfast there in the morning. Both the room and the bathroom were not only comfortable, but also very clean. The linens and towels were spotless. The bed was also comfortable. There was a choice of soft and hard pillows. There is a very good restaurant on the premises. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The hotel provides prepackaged sweet breakfast with tea, coffee, juice and water. There is an electric kettle and coffee machine for the guests in the hall. Though there is no reception desk, we were given all the information about how to get to the hotel and into our room via WhatsApp. Everything was very convenient.

Fantastic villa hotel with a charming vibe, plenty of greenery throughout and friendly staff. A great option for short and long stays.

An amazing, clean brand newly renovated little boutique hotel. Our room was very pleasant, light, quiet and modern. Will stay there again! Beach is a 10 minute walk and main road is 5 minutes with cute cafe and restaurants and lovely delicatessen!!! Host was great loads of communication!

Extremely comfortable and Marco was an amazing host, gave us great advice where to go for the night and made us feel at home!!

Location and facilities in the room are great

Very cozy and comforable apartment, there is anything you need and five more ways to make a coffee. The apartmen located next to the sea, supermarket and cafes. Also there is a tabaccheria on the next street and very good enoteria. Alessandro is an amazing host — very helpful, adorable and clever, it was realy nice chatting with him. Finally your trip feels like you’re visiting and old friend, not a room from booking.com

The kindness and attention of the host, the picking up at the airport and the next day to the station Very good!! Molto buona!

Very cosy and nice apartment, hosts were very friendly and helpful!

It was such a wonderful place to be and we reach out perfect the inner City bella Roma. Thank you a lot

Very neat and well equipped villa. Fiorella was an excellent host and very accommodating with check out times as our flight was only leaving late in the afternoon. The villa is situated close to the beach and shops so we were able to walk where we wanted to go most of the time. This was the perfect stay for our last couple of days in Italy before heading back home. Would highly recommend.

Very nice house, was over with family so we could cook and barbecue there and relax in the sun in the evening. Very close to beach which had lots of places to eat and have a drink.

Location was good for beach, train was a 12 min car ride or accessible by bus. The outdoor space was nice to have. The host was responsive to all requests.

Close by the beach, city center and airport.

Very convenience Clean Host very helpful
