a)the professionalism of personnel? 10/10. Helpful and friendly at all times. b)accommodation in excellent condition. A perfect pit stop for travelers who need a quiet and peaceful brake from their journey-trip. High value place for my standards. The personnel earned my trust and high evaluation. Especially after my last visit and the technical problems i was facing with my transportation. I left with an honest, satisfied smile on my face.

Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.

We encountered a strike in Venice. The bus system was very crowded, and the commercial atmosphere on the island was very heavy. In fact, this historic tourist city did not give me a very good experience. But the black guy in the hotel is very warm and friendly, which is the luckiest thing I have ever met in Venice. I'm sorry that I didn't ask his name. I hope this black brother can live a happy life.

The location was great - quite close to the train station, within close distance to main attractions and also in a great, vibrant neighborhood with lots to do. The room was actually even better than it looked in the pictures and the staff were super polite and spoke great English. They also gave us recommendations, offered a boat tour and kept our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Price for Venice was also pretty good, considering that to stay in the good areas is quite expensive.
