Warm and cosy atmosphere. Great location, everything is near, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast.

Great room, spacious balcony, magnificent view

Staff was the best, especially the wonderful Albanian lady at the front and the awesome lady who worked in the restaurant breakfast buffet. Also, the awesome spa/massage lady. Great staff all around.

The room was very clean, the balcony really was a full on see-view balcony. The bed was comfy. The price was very good, I guess partially because it felt like I was at the very end of the season.

quality budget hotel. friendly staff and incredibly delicious food. Breakfasts are a regular Italian buffet. Dinners - a buffet of starters and snacks, as well as ordering a la carte sets of several dishes. always several types of fish and seafood, meat. and everything is cooked very tasty. furniture and plumbing in good condition. area near the reception and lobby - in good condition, very clean. convenient location in the center of the Milano Marittima resort. to the beach - 100 meters.

We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

The bikes and the breakfast spread made for a great stay. I made a crepe with tiramisu cream.

A very nice hotel close to the beach. with great staff that was available to any question or request. Very nice breakfast, parking (with additional cost) was needed and very comfort.

We were traveling as a family of 3 with my 1 year old baby. The villa was so beautiful, the gardens seem magical, and everything was very clean and organized in our room. I enjoyed the balcony view and hearing the birds in the morning, was awesome. The hotel is less than 3- mins walking from beach access. Supermarkets and restaurants near the villa by walking, seemed very safe the surrounding areas. Breakfast had so much variety of pastries, desserts, fresh fruits, yogurts, toppings, cheeses, hams, and delicious coffee made to order included as well. They also offered made to order omelets and avocado toast for additional charge if anyone requested. The staff was amazing and so helpful at all times, but we will always remember Alessandra and male worker Nando, I believe is his name. They helped us so much in arranging transportation back to Bologna Airport, we are so appreciative of their assistance. Overall, I will recommend this villa 100% to anyone visiting Milano Maritima/Ravenna.

The property is in a good location, even if a bit far from the centre of Milano Marittima. Breakfast buffet was good and two team members were very kind: two young black men.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh salads, and fruit. Our room was spacious and had a large terrace. The staff provided us with a kettle when we asked for one. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The pool, beach, and garden are absolutely beautiful.

Great family hotel with amazing food and super friendly staff.

It is a quiet family hotel with a good location. Access to the beach was close. The room was clean and with a fridge. There was a lift and the corridor was covered, so couldn't hear the noises.

The service from the staff was absolutely incredible. The hotel was clean and the layout was beautiful. The pool was lovely very clean and breakfast at this hotel was delightful the variety of sweet an savory was vast. Above all the best about this hotel was their price.

The manager at Hotel Sorriso was incredibly kind and generous. My friends and I accidentally overslept and ended up checking out about 30 minutes late, but they were very understanding and accommodating about the situation. The hotel itself was great, and the pool was especially nice. We had a really positive experience overall and would definitely recommend staying here!
