Hotels with Parking in Panchià

We checked in a little bit late, around 20:30 and were happy to find out we got upgraded to a Junior Suite with private sauna and spa tub. It was amazing, very accommodating and beautiful room. Lady at the reception was kind and attentive. We politely requested for a small breakfast take away, whatever they can accommodate since we would check out early morning. However, after setting up all details for a morning pick up, they forgot to make the breakfast so we left without. Even so, still an amazing stay and would recommend. We had dinner in a cool, retro/vintage steakhouse and ordered a mixed grill which was amazing. Great Prosecco too!

Friendly front desk who speaks very good English. Very nice breakfast! Well worth the money.

Everything was perfect, really. The only suggestion is that the towels could be larger, and for 5 people it would be worth expanding the kitchen equipment a bit (pots, pans), but everything was still possible.

The owner that was super nice , the view , very good value for the money.

Very charming, peaceful stay. Loved being on a farm.

Everything - it was amazing. Clean, big, comfortable and was even nicer in person than in the photos! The owner was extremely helpful in ensuring we had the best stay. I will 100% come back!

The room was amazing, the sauna was great, the beds were comfortable, the staff were exceptionally kind and inviting.

Perfect hotel , yummy breakfast 😍😍😍😍

My room was amazing and I love the location of the hotel.

What is not to love about Rio Stava? Literally nothing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed omg, I’ve never slept so soundly as I did in Rio Stava. The food is amazing, I really recommend going for the full board. The menu changes every night, you get a few options to choose from for primi, secondi and dolci and they’re all so good it’s hard to choose. Location is great, the views are beautiful and the spa is fantastic! I got a face treatment and my husband a massage and both were great. Most people come here with their kids, it’s mostly a family resort and I could see that the hotel is super prepared to receive and care for kids, so would recommend if that’s your case. My husband and I came just the two of us and it was perfect for a couple, we had a very relaxing time, so don’t feel like it’s only for families. And the staff deserves their own paragraph. Every single person working at Rio Stava is so friendly, helpful, professional, always offering to help and make your stay pleasurable. They just made our stay even better! We will definitely come back!

The location is great, with wonderful views and direct access to the piste. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. For example Booking.com said there was a 12:00 check out but the hotel details indicated 8:40 to 9am. When I asked the staff about this they immediately agreed to the later time. The food was good honest food with ski sized portions.

Comfortable and clean apartment.

We were a family of five and stayed in a large apartment with three bedrooms, which gave us plenty of space and worked very well for our family. We felt the location was excellent. The nearby town is lovely, and the very short drive there was never an issue for us. There is also a nice restaurant at the residence itself, which is very convenient. One of the main reasons we chose Residence Des Alpes was its very generous late-cancellation policy. Coming from Israel, with the ongoing risk of flight cancellations because of the war, this was particularly important for us and gave us some peace of mind when booking. I assume that this flexibility, in addition to staying during peak season, may also partly explain the relatively high price we paid. For this reason, it is difficult for us to judge the value for money fairly. Looking at the prices outside peak season, however, they seem much more reasonable. The residence was very clean, and overall the apartment was comfortable and convenient. The staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. There are a few things worth knowing. There are quite a lot of steps between the parking area and the apartments, and when returning late from day trips we often could not find a parking space close to our unit. The kitchen has a stove and microwave but no oven. The shared washing-machine system, where you book a time slot, actually worked very well. We did not use the swimming pool, but we enjoyed having the ping-pong table. The beds were fine, although nothing exceptional. There is no air conditioning, but this was not really a problem for us, as the weather in this area is noticeably cooler than down in the valleys. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, practical place to stay with the family.

Very comfortable. Stayed a few nights for the Winter Olympics and helped made my entire experience a great memorable one

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home — we can’t wait to come back!
