The hosts were wonderful and very friendly. They have created a beautiful garden for pets and kids and the place is very casual and homey. They accomodated our request for a check-out extension and were very happy to tell us about the story of the place. Despite language being a bit of a barrier, we felt extremely welcome!

Super friendly gentleman welcomed us when we checked in. A shared bathroom with one other room, and access to a communal kitchen with coffee etc. Close to Rimini and fairly quiet even though on a main road. Easy car parking right outside.

What a beautiful property & gardens. We felt so relaxed here and wish we stayed longer than a one night stop- over. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the gardens. The spa and shower were a special touch.

Everything was great! Super clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, great location, private gated parking available at a very reasonable price (but they also have secure free parking a bit down the street), staff was amazing. We will go back.
