Great base to visit Venize. 3 min to free car parking and after that train 20 min to centrum. Eatch room have bathroom, it is very comfortable. Kitchen equpited good, enought to make base meals. Clean and roomy. Very good comunicate owner. Really recommend.

Beautiful apartment in Spinea, close to Venezia. The apartment we stayed was located on the first floor, had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining-kitchen and a huge balcony. It looked exactly as in the photos and was well cleaned when we arrived. Self check-in and check-out were available, wifi was working well. The building had private parking. Communication with the host was great! We recommend it and hope to come back again!

Very, very quiet area. Free parking is available on the street in front of the building. The apartment is excellent, fully equipped, and perfectly clean. We were surprised and delighted with two bathrooms. The train station is on walking distance, and you need about 15 minutes by train to Santa Lucia station in Venice. There are a couple of restaurants and groceries in the neighbourhood. All recommendations for this accommodation.

Everything was perfect! The hosts were really friendly and easy to communicate with. Appartment was clean and luxurious, loved the terrace. A perfect stay for visiting Venice and also getting to see local life.

Everthing The standard of the apartment was second to none. The location was great to escape the crowds but handy enough to reach Venice. But the highlight of the apartment is the most wonderful family , always on hand to answer questions or a friendly hello in the morning over coffee.

The host was very nice. She gave us all the details - how to reach the apartments and what to see in Mestre. The apartments were located in a very quiet area. A bus stop is near the apartments. From the apartments you can take the 7 or 7E bus to Venice in about 40 minutes. There is a Lidl store near the house. A little further is a large grocery store, McDonald's.

Very convenient location to explore Venice and Padua. Very quiet. A very nice pool, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. We also had dinner at the property, which was delicious.

I stayed at the hotel yesterday. The environment is very nice and quiet, the hotel has its own parking place and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel to go to Venice. Which you can easily get to Venice.
