The host and location. It was so fun watching that busy pizzeria across the street. And they had awesome pizza. The place felt very local, which we loved. The host was just a firecracker. She is the kind of person we would hang out with if we lived closer. Very kind and welcoming with a big personality.

Very nice, brand new and very clean apartment suitable for a family of 4. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures with one large bedroom and one living room+ kitchen. The building is still undergoing some renovations, but nothing to impact our stay in the apartament. Both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook/eat. There is a very well stocked supermarket just across the street and the beach is 5 minutes by foot. There is a public beach (a little bit dirty) and several private beaches near by with all facilities. Very good restaurants are also within walking distance from the apartament. Elena, the host, is wonderful. She is very responsive and she helped us with recomandations and she waited us with some water and some snaks which were very much appreciated.

Perfect for our family 2 adults and a 12 year old. Our host Fabio was absolutely amazing and so prompt and helpful. The apartment is newly renovated and beautiful. 100% would recommend anyone to stay! The only bad thing was that it was only one night! Would have enjoyed to stay longer. 🙏🏽❤️

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Valendriu's House while visiting Pompei. From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind. They greeted us warmly, offered us an aperitivo, and took the time to show us around the apartment, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location felt very safe and secure, and we were able to park our car in a private area, which gave us peace of mind. The apartment itself was spotless—exceptionally clean, beautifully prepared, and the beds were very comfortable. We slept very well, as the area was quiet and peaceful. In the morning, we were touched by their hospitality once again when they offered us breakfast. I am gluten-free, and they went out of their way to find suitable options for me, which I truly appreciated. Our hosts were also very accommodating with our late arrival and early departure, which made everything so much easier for us.

    Francesca is lovely host, unfortunately I didn't met with her, but on Whatsapp she was very helpful and proactive. The apartment is a two story apartment, the kids are loved the upper part with the two separete beds. The kitchen is functional, it has an induction stove, microvawe owen, dishwasher, we made pasta and rice bowl some nights. The aparment has two full bathrooms and a relaxing terrace where you can sit out. The private parking place is a very nice thing, because the parking places are very limited in the area.

    My family and I had a room for one night. The apartment is very nice and clean. Communication very good. Parking in a reserved parking lot behind a lockable barrier included in the price is a super bonus. I definitely recommend.

    Location is excellent for visiting the Villa Oplontis (Poppea), which is literally just around the corner. The area looks unpromising, but has a certain run-down charm. The apartment itself is superb, in an older block but internally fully modernised. Off street parking is available, but we parked outside on the street. Carmela very prompt and helpful re keys etc.
