I always enjoy staying at Hotel Cyrano. The staff are consistently very kind, welcoming, and professional. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly return again.

The staff is so nice, well trained. Professionalism is the utmost.

Everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable, delicious and beautiful. The owner, Anna, chooses the best in quality in everything she offers her guests. Comfortable beds and linens, great shower, healthy and delicious vegan breakfasts, and an eco-friendly approach that is in tune with good health and stewardship of the environment. She is an excellent vegan chef and everything is presented with a lovely aesthetic. She is very kind, generous and willing to help--she gave us two big umbrellas to take for a rainy day of exploring. The location was excellent for exploring Vicenza and the renovation of their farm building into an inn is top-notch.

Very friendly and professional staff, the agriturismo lies at a marvellous place. It is a very authentic agriturismo with a possibility of a great dinner where you can enjoy the food made freshly from locally produced ingredients including meat, vegetables and of course the excellent wine! You should definitely not miss it. It has a great price/value ratio as well.

the room and the bathroom were phenomenally clean. everything in this beautiful house is decorated with love. the breakfast is very good and served on a terrace. it features self-made bread and cookies. the bus stop is only a short walk away and it is easy to reach padova, vicenza and verona by public transport. irene herself and the man who works there are very friendly and welcoming. i unfortunately had to leave very quickly but would have loved to stay longer.

Full apartment with the comfort of home in a quiet location

Very clean, secluded location and peaceful. A little piece of Italy not all tourists get to experience. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

New, clean, and accesible. Great and responsive host. Very close to the train station. Close to Venice, Verona and more.

The staff in Restaurant and Bar were extremely helpful and polite. The level of service was great. Very polite and friendly! The food was awesome

Very clean, nice apartment, the owner was very nice

Location is great for us that do not like to stay in the center of Rome, we were in the outskirts, you have the train and metro connections to all the main attractions.

Clean, large room, comfortable, easy check-in, good breakfast, friendly owners (and cat!) Great stay.

Hosts are very kind. Reception staff are very professional and accommodate all your requests

Very clean and all staff were friendly and professional. Room was very roomy and comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed.

I’ve been to few Best Westerns in the past and few of them in Italy as well but this one tops the rest. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming I was allowed to check in earlier and got the best recommendations for food and drinks in the city center.

Hot water, shower, air conditioner, washing machine.
