Nice and clean please with great and flexible hosts. For dogs there were two gardens available where to run and it was quiet area. You need to have a car to be able to move around as center of Biella is a bit further. Good grocery store was only a few away minutes by car.

Excellent communication with the landlord, beautiful building and an absolutely stunning location: close to the centre of Biella but in a lovely, quaint, traditional, and quiet spot called Chiavazza; you only hear the church bells and roosters from the neighbours' gardens, no traffic noise or other nonsense. Beautiful views from all of the windows. Importantly – despite it being a loft apartment, the house does not overheat at all. Nice patio. Great furnishings, including a washing machine. Meticulously clean.
