The host was very nice and helpful

Incredible setting, calm and beautiful - the cottage was a dream, so very well decorated and comfortable!

We did not have breakfast because we left the hotel at 05.30 am due to our flight of 08.00 am to Amsterdam. Thank you so much for all your services, happy to be in your hotel.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. We liked everything.

Everything about this property was so beautiful. This was a GEM to stay at. So peaceful beautiful. Walking around the neighborhood with my dogs was so nice. 😊 I would suggest a car for this location.

Exceptionally beautiful home, can't fault it in any way

The hotel room is spacious. It has plenty facilities and amenities. What I love the most is they have their own coin laundry. And the highlight is the breakfast buffet. Lot of variations.

For US it was the perfect combiantion of comfort and value.

Every thing more than perfect

I spent 2 weeks at this wonderful traditional Ryokan, not far from Narita airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my short holiday at this cozy little Inn and the quaint town of Tako. Everything I needed was within walking distance, and the transportation options to Narita town and to the airport (by public bus) were super convenient. I promised the family who ran the Ryokan to return to their facility early in the coming Spring and I intend to make this my "base camp" for any future excursions to explore this beautiful Country. I highly recommend this little Inn to anyone who travels to Japan via Narita airport ; weather for business or pleasure. Thank you again very much for their generous hospitality. very close to the airport. comfortable room although it is quite small.

Well organized and helpful stuff

Very comfortable hotel next to the airport, less than 10 minutes away driving (I think like 5 by car and 8 by bus). There's also a shuttle bus to/ from the airport but check the time schedule. Room size was comfortable to repack our luggage. Breakfast was ok. The building is huge so there's everything you may need, even a souvenir store. The price was also great. The staff was very nice and answered my questions about luggage delivery kindly, they accepted our luggage a couple days before we arrived which was very helpful.

It was very clean and quiet. The staff were kind and helpful. I appreciated the shuttle service to airport. Also, the public bath was a nice surprise. It was clean with perfect water temperature of tub. Breakfast was well prepared and delicious. This hotel is a nice place to relax. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Close by to the airport. Airport shuttle service available. Restaurant was very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Currency exchange available inside hotel lobby. There is a 7 eleven also inside hotel lobby.

Nice and clean room, we received an upgrade which made our stay even more enjoyable

An amazingly beautiful and quiet little house in the forested hills. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Food is beyond all expectations.
