Big rooms and excellent buffet

I only stayed overnight, so I don't have much to say aside from the staff are so friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I would definitely go back next time :).

Everything! The house itself is very beautiful, clean, well located, good facilities… no negative comment for this property at all!

Wonderfull staff, nice spacious room in authentic style. First time since coming to japan that we woke up to the sound of birds tjirping! Also really nice that you can book the onsen, and have a complete kitchen available for dinerpreparations.

This was a last minute change in our itinerary because we were missing the ryokan life. I’m very glad we found this place. The hotel was modern and classy, while also friendly and traditional. The room was comfortable and the baths were very nice. The staff was excellent and took great care of us. The best part was the dinner. I have to say it was one of the best keiseki meals of all three of my trips to Japan combined. Everything about it was top notch and we were very impressed. We used this location as a jumping off point between the Kyoto area and Fuji, and it worked very well.

Nice hotel with a nice onsen, breakfast buffet and a bunch of interesting amenities (karaoke room, game center, kids playroom, store). Came straight down from Fuji-San (around 2 hours from the 5th station) so it was a really good and relaxing experience.

The coffee bar in the room was pleasant. Food was very filling but the making of leftover food and rice to onigiri to take back to the room was superb. Airdryer in bathroom and face steamer was nice.

The location and facility are very good or near outstanding.

The room had all of the necessary things and a few extras including a small TV, mini fridge, and full bath. The futons were fine. the size of the room was appropriate. The lobby had a really cool feature of an outdoor scene with coy fish and a waterfall. It was very pleasant. There were vending machines, including a coffee vending machine on site. There was a small store in the lobby with local goods. The onsen was really beautiful. Both indoor and outdoor onsens were large and had beautiful natural features. The staff was very helpful. The location was fantastic as it was on "Sakura Hot Springs Street" and we were there during the peak blossom time. (We did not eat at the hotel)

The place and location are beautiful. I was just a little disappointed because our room was at the very end of the property, and there was no bathroom inside the room.
