So clean. Every amenity available (tooth brushes, soap, laundry, towels, bedding, etc.) Loved the location, coziness, the size for my family of four.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The staff is the best at the front desk. We accidently booked a smoking room and found out during check-in time. Then the front desk ended up, giving me the non-smoking rooms. They were so accommodating and constantly was there to help us with a smile. This is the best collective staff at a hotel so far in Japan.
