Best location indeed, nearest to the JR Otaru Station, with dondonki and daiso infront of the hotel. Hotel had the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Japan. Surprised by the free flow of coffee and tea at the lobby, free supper every evening, and free flow of milk pudding and ice creams for the guests throughout the stay. Felt very pampered indeed.

Clean rooms, polite helpful staff, great location, very comfortable beds. Really happy to book this hotel, will book again!

The location is perfect and fortunately it’s snowing during my stay. I really enjoy the breakfast here and highly recommend. The interior decoration is also beautiful.

The breakfast is very nice, both quality and quantity. the autmosphere is also nice, staff are super helpful. the bath is clean and not too crowded. please do try the pool at semi outdoor. bathing while snowing is an remarkable experience.

Great breakfast, fantastic friendly staff, shuttles to ski hills were easy to book and pick up/ drop off from the hotel, great location and walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Loved the dry room for our gear and kelp soup after a big day on the slopes.

Favorite hostel I stayed at in Japan. Very cute common space and interior. Plenty of space to get some work done, nice and cosy and warm. Staff was very friendly, let me store my stuff there all day after checking out. Showers were nice and warm, and dorm room had a nice layout leading to some privacy with walls around the bed rather than just flimsy curtains. High praise for a great place to stay!

Our room was very spacious so it was worth the cost of the stay, especially for a hotel in Japan. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was nice, but the choice might be a little limited, but understandable for very cheap price for staying. The location of the hotel is within the waking range to important landmarks in Otaru (e.g. the canal and the music box museum).

Hotel is great. Room is great. Automated car parking is great but quite expensive compare to public parking lot near by.

I understand that the love hotel will smells of cigarettes in the room, This place is same another about that, but I can accepted about it even I don't smoke. The room very big and clen well. I like the love hotel because these. You will got the bigger room and cheaper or valueable than the hotel. The bathroom also very big! you will got a jacuzzi. It is relaxable.

Seemed quite upscale stay but for the price and the amazing breakfast included it was true value. Very scenic beachfront/seaside rooms with soothingly calm waves. Room amenities seem high class. Highly recommend the fine dining restaurant as well. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The owner is so sweet. She even helped me when my car battery died and found me someone to boost my car.

Spacious room, location was very good. Very close to sakaimichi street. The house is stunning.

Very close to the station and sightseeing spots. The onsen bath is a great way to relax after walking all day.

- Host (Liam) and his staffs are very nice. - Breakfast and dinner are served in home-cooked buffet style, which is very good in both quality and taste. I had two clean plates in every meal. Morning scone is the best. I cannot have enough of it! - My 6 years old girl really like animals in the farm e.g. rabbits, horses and Junior (the dog). She also like the small mezzanine floor at the dining room where there are books and board games and space to relax. There is also a common room at the barn to play piano and guitar, too. - Room is clean, big and comfortable enough for happy stay during winter. It locates on the 2nd floor of the barn, so you can still hear animal sound but not that loud. We had a peaceful stay, no annoying noise or smell at all. - We have a rental car, so it is very convenient for us to go to Kiroro ski resort, Yamanaka dairy farm, or come from airport. - Breakfast and dinner at the property are recommended because there are not many shops/restaurant around and the food at this place is very good.
