Location is close to airport and car rental which is most convenient.we stayed the night and next morning walked 10mins to the car rental to pick up the car. The beds are comfortable and the room.spacious with small kitchenette. The Toto brand toilet is superb. no need to bring shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, everything is there for use.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm...
It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...
The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

The location is fantastic. - very easy to get to the hotel from New Chitose Airport using airport limousine bus - the bus stop from the airport is just across the hotel - few minutes walk to Susukino station and Hosuisusukino station - tons of restaurants, shops and department stores around the hotel The room was clean. The hotel will make up the room only if you stay more than two nights but they will change towels and throw away the trash everyday. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
