Excellent location in the heart of Sapporo. Easy walking distance to everything you need. Rooms were large by Japanese standards, we were really pleased with the size. Breakfast was great. Private hotel parking is expensive ($1500 yen/24hrs) but it’s a lift lot so we could leave our snowboards and gear in the car overnight with no worries. There’s cheaper parking across the street in a public lot as well.

The hotel is centrally located; near shopping areas, convenient stores, restaurants, and sightseeing places - particularly Odori Park, Sapporo Tower, and Nijo Market. There is paid parking on the premises, but if no parking available, there are parking facilities beside and behind the property. Considering the hotels in the area, I like that there's space where you can get dropped off and picked up by taxi or private car without causing obstruction on the street. The room size is good for two people; there is a kitchenette and microwave and a washer/dryer in the room, which is useful especially during the winter when it's too cold to go outside. The staff will try their best to assist you, and the people in the front desk have been extremely helpful, even with the language barrier.

It’s been my 3rd time to stay in this hotel within 18-month period. It’s very convenient as it’s just above the Sapporo station and at the same time, it has parking (a paid one though). This hotel never disappoints me! The staff there are all nice and helpful. Most of them can communicate with English. House keeping service is good and prompt.

Excellent location, an apartment is easily accessible both from the center by metro and arriving from outside by car. Very well organized, clean, everything operating well, very quiet at night, a big supermarket and a couple small shops nearby. Very friendly and supportive staff.

LOVEEEDD the buffet, even higher quality than special onsen hotels. The room is spotless and bigger than expected for a family of 3 with a baby. Service is excellent, they do reimburse up to 500 yen a day for parking which is nice but would be nicer to be free :). 7/11 is right downstairs which is super convenient and you can walk all underground to the train station (although you need directions from the front desk).
