Right from check-in to check-out they were friendly, cooperative, and accommodating. The staff helped us celebrate our daughter's birthday with Masai touch and a cake at no cost. Hot water is available all times and power availability was no issue. There were table tennis and snooker tables that kids enjoyed after safari trips. Food was fine also. Soft drinks and water were all included in meals.
