Sorya guesthouse was absolutely perfect for my stay in Kratie! The rooms are spacious and light-filled. They each have a sweet little terrace, either looking out at the garden or the Mekong. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the top floor is wonderful - both the western and khmer dishes! I also did one of their kayak dolphin tours and can highly recommend it. The guide is incredibly knowledgeable and so generous in sharing information about the Mekong. He also was very attentive, looking back every 10 seconds or so to make sure I was following correctly and feeling ok in my kayak. The wind/current can be intense so be prepared for some intense kayaking but know it is well worth it.

We had a corner room with a balcony. Nice to get outside. Great having the swimming pool to cool off in . Really appreciated having the restaurant for meals & snacks with grandchildren who visited. The gym also provided fun & interest. Lovely helpful staff.

Nice well ventilated room with a pleasant breeze. Very nice lady takes care of the place. It’s not a fancy place and the price reflects that. I was very happy there and would go back.

The location is stunning. The island is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. The buildings are beautiful and spacious and it's lovely to have a tub! The people here are very nice and the food is delicious. it's super great to have breakfast included and to have a ride to and from the boat-- walking the stretch through the hot sand that everyone else has to looks miserable with bags. The pool is huge and it's amazing to have the pool!

Dary’s guesthouse is a fantastic place to stay. It’s a modern building constructed in 2023, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The host, Dary, is the kindest person you’ll ever meet. She goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. We had many fascinating conversations with her and learned a wealth of information about Cambodia, Kratie, and herself. I ate a couple of times at the guesthouse and the food is fresh and tastes very nice. The guesthouse is located a bit further away from the city center (15-30min). However, the walk along the Mekong is very pleasant. Alternatively, you can rent bikes at the guesthouse or order a TukTuk (around 2$).

Tonle Mekong Homestay enjoys a location in Krong Kracheh, 7.6 miles from Phnom Sambok Pagoda and 24 miles from The 100-Column Pagoda. This homestay provides a terrace.

If you want an authentic Cambodian experience, staying with the most lovely and welcoming family you’ll ever meet with delicious Khmer food family dinners, stay at Tonle Mekong Homestay. The facilities are nice and the wifi works great, also the owner will happily drive you by Tuk tuk into town for free. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Kratie!
