I loved how hospitable the staff was! They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable! Although the facilities are very old and out of date, Ioved that the rooms were clean. Clean bed, tables, bathroom. Everything was clean, just very old and worn out. The pool was very clean and they had 2 lifeguards there. You can have food delivered from anywhere right to the pool side which was great!

Cleanliness and staff as well as breakfast

The staff are amazing, Maria was on the reception, she welcomed us with a smile and did everything to make us comfortable, the room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The view was amazing, one of the things that we loved is the in room breakfast. Thanks for everyone

Great location and delicious breakfast

First of all, the location is really good. It is between Beirut and Byblos, and more or less in the heart of Jounieh. The staff were AMAZING and very helpful friendly (they even set up birthday decorations for my wife, and did not accept additional charges). And last but not least, what is this heavenly view! The beach, from a jacuzzi in a glassroom; simply breathtaking.
