Beautiful villa, with beautiful gardens, pool and landscape. The villa is a 5 min Tuk Tuk ride to town and the beach.It is quiet, with many plants to make you feel relaxed. The manager and staff treated us like close friends . The rooms are large, with a great shower and strong WiFi. It is clean and very comfortable. Everyone is there to help you- and make you feel special. My family had a great time.

We really liked this place. The room was comfortable and outside the room there was an outdoors, shaded dining area and a kitchen that we used for cooking. On all nights we were lucky to have this area all to ourselves. It was also peaceful, away from any major roads. The location in central Hikkaduwa near the beach is good, and the room was very affordable.

An amazing spot on the lake, very peaceful and beautiful. Very warm welcome by Robert, use of canoes a big plus, great to have the cat's around, altogether a perfect place to spend a few days. We didn't have time but will be back for sure . Loved our upstairs double room..
