United StatesAlexandra Home was one of the highlights of my trip! The place was spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. When they were fully booked, they arranged another place for my extra night and even gave me rides into town saving me from expensive PickMe drivers.
The location is perfect very close to Ambuluwawa Tower, making visits super easy. Highly recommend!!

IrelandWe LOVED our stay here! The hosts are among the friendliest hosts we’ve ever had and the accommodation is perfect for going to Ambuluwawa Tower. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable with perfect Wi-Fi and consistent hot water. We ate breakfast and dinner here every day and we loved each meal we had… Try the curry, it’s delicious!
To get to the tower, the hosts took us in their TukTuk, let us explore and then took us back to the accommodation for a very fair price.
We will definitely be recommending this accommodation to our friends that come to Sri Lanka… We originally only booked 2 nights but ended up extending it to 4 nights due to the comfort. Exceptional stay 👍🏻

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even preparing meals for us on request. It’s great value for money, and we would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

Sri LankaThe location is just 1 km from Gampola town, yet it’s in a very peaceful area with stunning jungle views. The villa is new, very clean, and cozy, with one bedroom, good-quality furniture, air conditioning, and all the necessary amenities.
The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful five-day stay and really enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a quiet, private and comfortable place to stay near Gampola!

The place is magnificent, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Hariharan. The cabanas were very clean, and the scenic views were absolutely beautiful.

The view from the room, restaurant, pool is just stunning. Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that you can use the pool anytime you want (night or early morning) so you can avoid any crowd.

Kothmale Homestay is a place that delights with its unique atmosphere. The room is exceptionally comfortable and charming, making your stay here a real pleasure. The bathroom, though small, is very well designed, clean, and functional. A big advantage is the small kitchenette where you can prepare tea, and serving it in the lovely crockery is a delightful touch. Another plus is its location by the road, making it a great base for further exploration. The owners are exceptionally hospitable and always ready to help with anything you might need, adding a personal and warm touch to the stay.

We loved this place and had a unique stay, the staff and food were excellent. Nice swimming pool and great vibes in the terrace and lobby surrounded by nature. Would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Thaksera and Kumare for the wonderful service, they are very friendly and polite. This hotel has very good quality/price ratio.
