Room was clean, quiet, good location, great place to stay if you are in Balvi. Check in process was simple, breakfast was also good, even though we forgot to order breakfast when checking in, staff was very accommodating and prepared one for us anyways.

Everything was great. Apartment is spacious, newly renovated, modern minimalistic design and sparkly clean. Equipped with everything you need - hair dryer, iron, extra pillows, blanket and sheets, towels. Kitchen fully equipped, tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, salt, oil etc for cooking, cleaning supplies, even oven mittens. We had no problem with cold weather, apartment had it's own heating and warm floors in bathroom. Very comfortable boxspring bed. Close to the road and easily found. Located on 3rd floor and accessed by stairs. Easy self-check in with access code. Possible to stay with dog. Friendly and easily reachable owners
