Clean nice staff good place to rest after a long journey

BTissam was very good during the stay and rest of the staff very professional and kind to us. It was lovely hospitality offered by the hotel. I recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Fes. See you in 2030 World cup or next in fes.

Brought luggage to 3rd floor. Gave us free tea at welcome. Very friendly staff. Gave us a map with sites to visit. Room at terras 3rd floor is very quiet at night. Amazing rooftop view. Shoutout to Said for helping us

We really liked the interior design and style of the Riat. Furthermore was there always a friendly staff member available to help with any questions or wishes. We would always recommend this place. The location is just 3 minutes walking from the center of the old medina. Perfect stay.

First, the hotel location is in the center of Fez, just few meters from Burj Fez mall. Secondly, the hotel reception staff are welcoming and very nice to attend gesut needs. Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. Bravo 👏 bravo👏

The staff. Every single staff member treated us like kings. Before we checked in, they had us tour the room to ensure it was satisfactory. It was. When we needed breakfast, they were ready to bring it. Need to catch a taxi? The kind doorman will hail one for you. They are just so attentive. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and beyond spacious. The perfect size for a three-day stay in Fes. The best part of the entire trip... We forgot a precious family heirloom in the room. The staff arranged for the item to be delivered to Rabat overnight before we were to leave for Casablanca and then Turkey. No questions asked, not a problem it seemed. I will never forget my friends at Ramada in Fes!

I had such a fantastic time at this hotel and spa! It was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing night; I truly felt like I was in a little slice of paradise. The staff made the experience even better—everyone was so friendly and helpful! A big shoutout to Abdullah at the front desk and Iman at the spa reception; they were incredibly welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Everything pretty much , such a well equipped, well designed hotel with an absolutely great gym , the best I've seen in a hotel , great view on the olympic pool , great rooms with very large comfy beds and terraces to relax at and high quality bathrooms with everything you need , I also liked the breakfast , it was very filling and the service was well supervised by the nice lady of color there . I highly recommend it to everyone tourist or not even to people living in Fes , they'd love experiencing such a peaceful , well equipped and highly maintained hotel.

Great location lavish facilities

Het is een prachtige riad op een geweldige locatie. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Vooral Mohammad van de receptie was een geweldig persoon. Hij hielp ons vanaf het moment van aankomst met alles, zoals het regelen van tours en het geven van handige tips. Dankzij hem voelde ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Een absolute aanrader!

The owner is very friendly and hospitable he told us about the locations that we must visit in the city, the staff are nice and supportive, they serve a nice bread its very tasty every one should try it.

The property clean, and the Riad is beautifully renovated. What really stands out, though, is the service and the kindness of the team especially Ahmed. He speaks excellent English, and he’s very knowledgeable about the history of Fez.

The hotel was very, very clean and really nice. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the check-in time and the access to the building after midnight. The back door/building entrance doesn’t have a code or an easy way for guests to enter independently. The door is closed at midnight, which means that if you go outside and come back late, you may not be able to get back in until the morning. This can be quite inconvenient, especially if you get hungry, need to go out for something, or simply want to come back late. You feel a little stuck inside the building after midnight. Apart from this issue, everything else was excellent, especially the cleanliness, the hotel itself, and the staff.

I liked the place (beautiful riad, lovely terrace, great location), but I loved the staff! They are not only very friendly, they will bend over backwards to make sure everything is as perfect as can be for you. From haggling for you with the car rental company until they feel you got the best deal possible, to constructing for you the best itinerary through Morroco, they really go the extra mile!

It's located near to the main train station. Just a minute walking to the train. Price is reasonable for its services. Very clean rooms with comfy bed.

Great stay in the traditional riad in the heart of Fes Medina - not far from the main gate, which is convenient to get to! Staff is the friendliest ever - helped a lot with directions and landmarks to explore! Breakfast is also traditional, and the ambience in the main hall is exceptional - very cultural experience. Must stay to absorb local culture at its fullest.

It was as I expected as I saw in the pics. The ac in the room was good. It had a blow dryer in the bathroom. Good hot water. Irfan, the female, at reception was wonderful and very helpful. I appreciated that she arranged train station transfers upon arrival and departure. It can be difficult to find a place in the Medina. So it was well worth the 100MAD each transfer. Breakfast was good. It’s very quiet!

Fantastic location in the Medina with a wonderful host who helped us have a fantastic couple of days in a new city. We would definitely recommend raid ridaya and stay again if we ever return.

Everything was great - the attentive staff, breakfast, the charming room, and the beautiful atrium. Even the location was very easy to reach from the medina gate.

Everything. The staff team are so friendly and kind. The Riad is so beautiful and the space so tranquil. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The room had lovely features. Of the many riads I have stayed in in Fes, this one is now my favourite.
