We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the elevator, the secure garage parking, and the quiet location away from the main road. Although we never met the host in person, his helpfulness deserves special recognition. Whenever we needed advice or assistance, he was always available by phone and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed.

Very good sized property, had fun with friends, especially enjoyed the games room where we enjoyed usage of a pre-installed projector screen, use of billiard table, darts, table tennis and table soccer.

They let us use the pool and patio in front of the pool was perfect for my parents for coffee time where they can enjoy the view of the pool and the hills.

The apartment is ready as soon we arrived even its quite earlier than regular check in time. The host is understanding and always available for any inquiry even its online communication

Our stay at Belle Apartments was really good! Jane, our host, was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. She allowed us an early check-in and even arranged an excellent boat trip offer for our group, including home pick-up and drop-off, plus a few beers. As for the apartment itself, it’s a perfect place for the hot summer months because it stays naturally cool being underground, so there was hardly any need to use the air conditioning. The indoor pool, although we didn’t use it much, was very warm and had a lovely bubbling jacuzzi, which was a nice added touch. Location-wise, there was a very good Greens supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient. Considering we booked last minute, we were quite surprised by how good the place was. Although it was a bit of a walk from the main areas, cheap Bolt rides made that no problem at all. In fact, we enjoyed coming back to a quiet neighbourhood and getting a good rest after busy days out. It was also a first for our group of four friends to share one room, but we actually really enjoyed the experience rather than booking two separate double rooms. There’s also a sofa bed available in case someone snores! Thank you, Jane, for being such a wonderful host. We hope to see you again!

Big and comfortable apartment, with a full kitchen. The beds are comfortable and shower with hot water.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful specially when they knew that we’re honeymooners, they sent us some welcoming drinks and chocolate. Also they helped us a lot regarding restaurants reservations. Hyatt regency became our first and favorite choice in Malta and of course this won’t be the last time. It is a beautiful property and all new and very clean. All staff were very friendly and polite. Nothing was too much and any issues were dealt with swiftly.
