The property is very convenient for walking into the main part of the city. The hosts have everything highly organized relative to information about the area, things to make you comfortable in the boathouse unit and availability to assist if you need anything else.

The hotel is lovely overall. The room was very large, with an extremely comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We had a balcony with a view of the forest. The air conditioning was excellent, too. The staff was welcoming. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection, and we had dinner at the restaurant two nights and lunch there on our final day. The menu is very large, and almost everything we ordered was very good. We play golf, and there are two very good courses nearby, so we will definitely be back for another golfing weekend.

The place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I was lucky enough to be there during a heavy snow, and it was quite literally like vacationing in Narnia. It's even more beautiful in person. There's an incredible stretch of trails/walking paths nearby. Tons of takeout options AND grocery delivery options. Quiet, and a lovely neighborhood. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for as long as you possibly can. Side Note: There's a BEAUTIFUL ficus in the house I was in, and I hope it's there when I make it back. ☺️
