Hotels with Parking in Linne

This review is for people who want an honest and realistic opinion about this hotel. First, you should know that this hotel is an excellent choice if you're planning to visit the Roermond Designer Outlet and have your own car. It is located in a quiet area, only 8–10 minutes' drive from the outlet. As for the hotel itself, it is absolutely amazing. The owner, Ron, transformed the property into a hotel about six years ago and named it Katto after his daughter. Knowing that he built and designed much of it himself makes the place even more special. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a silent air conditioner, comfortable mattresses, and reliable Wi-Fi. Complimentary tea is provided, and a traditional breakfast is available and well worth trying. If you have the chance, spend a few minutes talking with Ron. He's a genuinely friendly host, and hearing the story of how he created the hotel makes the stay even more memorable. We booked the two-room family option, which comfortably accommodated seven beds, making it outstanding value for money. Free parking is also available. Overall, if you're traveling by car and looking for a peaceful, spacious, and welcoming place to stay near the Roermond outlet, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was very clean, the breakfast was exceptional, cute interior decoration! not to mention the staff who were very nice despite the slight language barrier :)

Owners are very kind and hospitable. Place is clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable.

The location was perfect for the event I had planned to go to, a Brocante nearby. It was quiet and relaxing with a nice restaurant across the street. Parking on the street was easy. The breakfast was so good, plenty of food. The experience was wonderful and the hosts equally matched.

Gorgeous place right at the Maas river, overlooking nature and a small harbour. Water-front bar and a fantastic restaurant that had a vegan options for us. Super friendly staff, safe bicycle parking as well. Breakfast was amazing, too!

Place and service were top. Highly recommend. 10/10

It was a traditional hotel with "real" people attending to our needs. The place was charming and welcoming. The innkeeper helped to make us feel "at home" Breakfast was excellent and our E-Bikes were stored away safely.

Very friendly host, helped us with everything we needed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Beautiful location with friendly staff and delicious restaurant

What a great place to stay, wow!! We arrived just in the middle of the Pumpkins festival and it was amazing. During the day we were at the festival and at the evening the whole space was just for us. The nature is amazing - sheeps just outside of the room. The apartment itself is great - clean, new, well-equipped and has a lot of space (2 floors). We will definitely come back to this amazing location! Super recommended!!
