Absolutely lovely place which I highly recommend if you are looking for place to chill or a good starting point for different day trips in Friesland. Jantina and Henk are wonderful & friendly hosts. The room space was comfortable and spacious (bedroom and living room area with wide shower). The garden had many places to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet and a cozy shad area with sofa and a table if it’s raining. Located 20 min. We did not have breakfast. We were fully self catering. It was lovely and warm in the house- good heating. We were attending a dog show with our dogs so it was perfect for that. It was not luxurious but very comfortable. The landlady told us about a local event so we were able to see the traditional arrival by boat of St Nicholas in the nearby village.
