The location is absolutely amazing. Just a few minutes from Nizwa Fort and right in the middle of the old town and souq. The views across Nizwa from the rooftop terrace are magical. Mr Adnan was amazing and couldn't help us enough. Ask for him and you won't go wrong.

Great stay! Very comfortable bed and room with soothing lighting. The host was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. This is also a great location for Nizwa - walking distance to many restaurants, shops, sights, etc. with onsite parking. Would definitely stay again.

The room is modern well furnished and very comfortable and clean. High speed WiFi and coffee machine was an extra bonus. Overall, this wasn’t my first time booking and always it’s my first choice whenever I travel to Nizwa. The apartment got everything you need from fresh towels, soap and shampoo, kettle water and water bottles, espresso machine with capsules, refrigerator and definitely a nice clean room with most comfortable bed clean and tidy. You’ll get an iron board and iron as well. Rooms smells fresh and clean. Well designed and secured door with security code and cameras. It’s feeling like home where you have your own privacy. The host Assad is very friendly and responsive to guests needs to ensure that they have a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a a modern style accommodation better than all hotels in the area then you shouldn’t miss this place.

Very nice modern apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. The place is spotless and has a comfortable bed. If you can’t sleep with the AC on: the overhead fan is completely silent and if you get bored in the evening, there’s even Netflix on tv. Communication is through WhatsApp but they are very responsive. The location is just outside the old city, a 10 minute walk to all the sights and restaurants. Private parking is also a available.

    Zita welcomed us with a smile she went all out to make our stay comfortable even sorting the car park. The hotel is nice the owner must just advise that the bathrooms are to share wish makes it a bit uncomfortable and the car parking is not at the hotel. but still well worth the money location is grate. Again a big shout out to zita the reseptionist she is worth gold to this hotel.

    The hotel’s location must be one of the best in the old town. To drive there a bit adventurous (old town!) but still ok. Good staff and breakfast. Nice pool. Generous parking lot. Nice place to stay.

    Great location just outside and adjacent to the citywall. Friendly staff and private parking, which is useful as the general parking lot that many hotels use is in the wadi, and cannot be used during (heavy) rainfall.

    Comfortable, modern and clean. Easy communication with host. Wifi and aircon worked well! Good location for exploring Nizwa (convenient to drive to, very close to the old town). There is no dedicated car park for this accommodation; but street parking is plentiful. Even though the street signs say parking needs to be paid for by SMS, according to the host this is not enforced yet, and indeed we did not receive a ticket despite not paying.
