The manager and staff were very nice and helpful, you will have to take a bus or taxi to go anywhere but that just the effort of going outside even better because there is always somewhere to go and something to see. We loved our stay

Good attention of the staff, nice rooftop. A little bit far from the main plaza, but closer to the Chancay castle. Hot water in the bathroom. The toilet didn't have a cover.

Everything! The staff was nice and helpfull. You didn't really need to leave the place, everything you need was there. Restaurant,Bar, pool. They even have a section for events like Birthdays or any party you choose to have. I am definitely coming back and so is my girlfriend. I want to say to everyone in the Hotel Hacienda Lima Norte.
