This place is so beautiful. Definitely worth staying here for few days. The family is so lovely, kind and helpful. They also organized a trip to Taquile island and Uros Titino island for me, with small private boat for very reasonable price. Breakfast is included in price, they also offer lunch and dinner (20 soles per meal at the time of visit). Sometimes they skip the lunch due to a lot of work they have. Jesus (son of Valentin) also explained what is possible to do there, because there are nice places to walk around Llachon peninsula. You can also rent a kayak. Rooms are spacious and clean, with hot water, internet is working quite good. Be aware that it can get pretty cold there, especially during the night. But they have very thick duvets and extra thick blankets.
My recent stay at this hidden gem of a hotel was an absolute delight. Nestled in the heart of nature, it offered a peace and serenity that is hard to find. Surrounded by Lake Titicaca and the soothing sounds of the wilderness, every moment was a refreshing escape from the hustle of daily life. The family running the hotel were the epitome of hospitality. Their warmth and genuine kindness made me feel like a part of their family, not just a guest. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, adding a personal touch to their service that was truly heartwarming. This hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of tranquility, where the beauty of nature meets the warmth of wonderful hosts. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. **Rating: 5 stars - Exceptional Experience!**
Welcoming and helpful owners. They were available before our arrival in Llachon to answer questions, met us in the plaza to help with luggage, cooked breakfast to order every morning and shared their culture and traditions. Don Primo has been hosting visitors for 20 years. Hector was always available. The casita was beautifully designed. The view of the lake from both inside and outside on the private deck was fantastic. A truly unique experience.
Sat on the shores of the lake, the property offered beautiful views and sunsets. There is a mix of buildings for both rooms as well as serving breakfast and dinner. The real hidden gem was Guido, Sarah and their children who were delightful. We were able to engage in several activities, such as harvesting and thrashing quinoa that made it unique and educational.
