The Litton is a wonderful place to stay, with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were amazing—although our original room with a queen bed was unavailable, they kindly accommodated us with a combined double-size bed. After a long journey, their thoughtfulness and hospitality made all the difference, and we truly appreciated their kindness.

    This place is well maintain, super neat and clean. Good for solo travellers. Safe place to stay. No unnecessary noise and they have good parking area. In regards with Room facilities: Good Wifi, No internet lagging. Smart Tv working with Youtube, Netflix, Disney etc. Aircondition working well, very cold. Bathroom Heaters and bidet all good. Plus the staffs are very accomodating:) Over-all El Sancho Hotel is a very nice hotel😊

    Value for money, perfect stop if you are exploring Bicol. Near CWC, along the highway. Pin on gmaps is a little off, be sure to stay on the main road when looking for this place. Water is free. They have a cafe with food options. Free roadside parking also.

    Everything! Bed was so big and comfy, room was aircon, breakfast was amazing so many options and hot and nice, staff were so nice, professional and friendly, nice gym with weights for working out all body parts, nice pool, best location! It's connected by walkway to the mall, and it has its own parking garage basement and easy to drive in and go out of Naga. Also only around 2.5 kms on foot to downtown Naga.

    The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the underground parking, the breakfast spread, and above all the water coolers in every corridor. Very eco sensitive. No wastage of plastic. The staff were very professional, and helped me go around - I was there for only one night, but they were able to guide me to do whatever I could in the short period that the city was open on Christmas Eve. The food recommendations for local delicacies was awesome. Am grateful for the suggestions.
